Recipients and alert settings

Send alerts to a partner or co-coach, choose how often we check, pause a calendar, or get one digest a day.

Send alerts to someone else

On a paid plan, alerts can go to other people as well as you, such as a partner, a co-coach, or an assistant. How many depends on your plan; see plans and pricing.

  1. Open Recipients and add their email address.
  2. We email them a confirmation link. Nothing is sent to them, not even their first alert, until they click it. The address shows Awaiting confirmation until then.
  3. Once they've confirmed, open each calendar they should hear about, go to its Recipients tab, and tick their address.

Recipients only get alerts for the calendars you tick. They can't sign in, and they can't see your account, your other calendars, or your billing.

Every alert has an unsubscribe link. If someone uses it, their address shows Opted out, and only they can undo it, by confirming again.

Choose how often we check

Open a calendar and go to Alert settings, then choose under Check for changes. The fastest check your plan allows is shown on the pricing table. Most calendars don't change often, so a faster check mainly means you hear sooner, not that you get more email.

Need to know right now? Check now on a calendar's page queues a check straight away.

Get alerts as they happen, or as a digest

Under Send alerts in Alert settings, choose:

  • As soon as we find a change: one email per check that finds something.
  • Once a day or Once a week: everything is collected into one digest, sent at the time you choose.

Digests are available on paid plans.

Pause a calendar

Choose Pause on a calendar's page to stop checking it and stop its alerts, without losing its history or settings. Choose Resume to start again. A paused calendar doesn't count toward your plan's calendar limit.

Rename or delete a calendar

You can change a calendar's name in Alert settings. The new name is used in the subject line of future alerts. Delete removes the calendar and its history from your account. The organization's calendar itself is never touched.
